Valérie Tong Cuong
: I had long wanted to write a teen comedy in film. Publishing Engine, offering short stories whose specificity is to be both objects and potential objects of literary film adaptation, contacted me last year. I saw an opportunity to build the story I had in mind.

: I'm surrounded by teenagers for years. Mother of large family, I continue with some of the teens that of others. The house is very open, and there's always a bunch of teenagers who found refuge. As I work my house, they had forgotten my presence, I think ... So I see, I absorb ... And I love these kids!
The book is dedicated to my daughter, Justine, 15 ½ years. I shared a lot with her, and "tested" some tracks. She was very helpful. But there is no particular message with respect to my children, I appeal to all.
